I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years​,​ starting my career in my own practice on the island of Santa Maria. In addition​,​ I am a Physical Education teacher with nearly 30 years of experience teaching posture correction classes. Throughout my life​,​ I have completed various courses in health and wellness and continue to update my knowledge every day to provide the best services to my clients. I currently live in Topo​,​ a stunning place with a very active community that inspires me daily. My services aim to promote physical and mental well-being​,​ helping to relieve tension​,​ improve posture​,​ increase mobility​,​ and provide deep relaxation.
